Material Quality Assurance & Warranty

All materials supplied by Cyrus Landscape Services Ltd, are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Any defects or issues with these materials must be resolved through the manufacturer, as Cyrus Landscape Services Ltd, is not responsible for material-related claims once installed.

Hardscape Installation

• We provide a warranty on all hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls. This warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship, such as settling or shifting of pavers due to installation errors.

This warranty does not cover - Damage from weather, improper use, lack of maintenance, tree roots, ground movement, or natural wear like fading, staining, or efflorescence.

Cedar Fencing Installation

• Our warranty ensures the proper installation of cedar fencing, covering the labor involved to guarantee that the work has been performed correctly. This includes assurance that the fence remains structurally sound and free from issues such as leaning or sagging.

This warranty does not cover - Natural wood characteristics such as shrinking, warping, or cracking, Damage due to weather conditions, pests, or improper maintenance, Issues arising from ground movement or external forces

New Sod Installation

• We guarantee the proper installation of new sod, ensuring even placement and initial establishment.

This warranty does not cover - Sod loss due to insufficient watering, improper care, or pest damage, Damage from foot traffic, pets, or environmental conditions beyond our control

Artificial Grass Installation

• Our artificial grass installation warranty covers, Proper grading, base preparation, and secure placement, Seam integrity and proper drainage functionality

This warranty does not cover - Damage caused by improper use, heavy furniture, or sharp objects, Wear and tear from excessive traffic or environmental conditions

Plant Installation

• We ensure the proper planting of trees, shrubs, and other plants with best practices for soil preparation and placement.

This warranty does not cover - Plant loss due to neglect, improper watering, extreme weather, or pest infestation, Natural seasonal changes affecting plant health

General Warranty Conditions

• The warranty applies only to installation services performed by Cyrus Landscape Services.

• It does not cover materials, as material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

• Proper maintenance and care are the responsibility of the client.

• Any outstanding balance past 30 days will void warranties and guarantees. 

• Alterations or repairs made by third parties without our prior approval.

• Warranties are not transferable to new homeowners if the property is sold.

• If the property is sold, the new owner must sign a new agreement for any services or warranties.
